Psalm 71: 15
My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof
A little over a year ago, I was asked to share my testimony as part of a ministry project. I struggled with that. I have shared praise for what He has done for me before, but I haven’t shared my actual testimony much. It isn’t pretty and it isn’t neat or tidy. I came to Christ at a young age, and then fell back into the world. My story is complicated. But I did as I was asked, and I shared my written testimony.
I was also asked to help compile and share via social media the written testimony of others asked to participate in this project. I have so enjoyed reading these very individual testimonies. What have I learned? No one’s story is uncomplicated. I have read many who thought they knew Christ to only realize later that they didn’t, and I am not the only one who struggled back in the world after salvation. One of the testimonies shared during this project was from a sweet grandmother whose children had found her written testimony after she had gone on to Heaven. Another one caused someone in another country to reach out. Your story is unique because it is yours. But you never know who it will touch. Praise God and share your testimony!
